Order Acceptance
You certify that you have the copyright rights necessary for reproduction of any pictures you provide ( that the picture is in the public domain or that you have permission). You provide the right to us to reproduce the painting and any original photo on our website and for the purposes of promotion. We assume that customers have the permission to use all the copyrights necessary for reproduction of any pictures you provide (that the picture is in the public domain) and that you provide us the right to reproduce it. We assume no liability in copyright disputes.
Cancellation
If you cancel the commissioned work before it is completed or unilaterally cancel your order, you will be required to pay such sum (taking into account payments already made, such as deposit or prepayment) as will reward the artist for the work completed to the date of cancellation and all expenses incurred by the artist and management in connection with the commissioned work. The unfinished work will belong to PaintingsPal artists.
Refusing Service
PaintingsPal reserves the right to refuse service, modify or cancel orders, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion. PaintingsPal will take action if it is believed that customer conduct violates applicable laws, disrupts normal business activities, or is harmful to the interests of PaintingsPal.
Price & Delivery
The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the email confirmation. All the prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote via our email and are subject to change without notice. Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.
Sales Taxes
PaintingsPal.Com is not responsible for collecting or submitting sales or use taxes for any country. The customer is responsible for making sure all required taxes are paid. Each country manages and dictates its own policies and requirements. All terms and conditions contained in this order agreement constitutes our agreement and binding commitment with you, governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of People's Republic of China and further subject to the rules of binding arbitration.
Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any materials on PaintingsPal.Com infringe your copyright, you may request that they be removed. This request must bear a signature (or electronic equivalent) of the copyright holder or an authorized representative and must: (1) identify the allegedly infringing materials; (2) indicate where an authorized version can be obtained; (3) provide your name and contact information; (4) state that you have a good faith belief that the materials are infringing; (5) state that the information in your claim is accurate; and (6) indicate that you are the lawful copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf. All the pictures of reproduction artworks and original creations belong to PaintingsPal and are therefore our property. PaintingsPal may display the commissioned artwork as samples on the PaintingsPal website for promotion purpose.
By commissioning a custom portrait from photo (with authorized copyright), PaintingsPal may display the commissioned artwork as samples on the PaintingsPal website for promotion purpose unless the customer requests otherwise.

Links to websites not under the control of PaintingsPal are provided solely for the convenience of users. PaintingsPal is not responsible for the accuracy, currency or reliability of the content. PaintingsPal does not offer any guarantee in that regard and is not responsible for the information found through these links, nor does it endorse the sites and their content.
Amendments and Money Back Guarantee
Prior to ship the order, we will email you the image of the final stage for your final approval.
Any amendments required before shipping will be done at no extra cost (do not include additional changes other than copy at final stage).
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt in original condition.
The refund will NOT include shipping costs, duty or customs fees, PayPal and banking charges. You may send back paintings to us for amendments at no extra cost but will be responsible for all the shipping costs, duty or customs fees, PayPal and banking charges.
For customs reasons, all returns must be shipped by the same express service carrier used by PaintingsPal.
Damaged or Lost Package
We do not replace product that arises from such damage or loss by the courier/shipping company. Claims to be filed directly with the courier/shipping company. If any further assistance is needed please contact PaintingsPal.
Liability and Disclaimer
Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, paintingspal.cocm will NOT be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
